Private yoga classes are tailored to the needs of the individual. The benefit of a one-on-one yoga lesson is that each person can be treated in exactly the right way for them. You will receive personal attention & adjustments, allowing you to deepen your practice & develop at your own pace.  A customised class will address any specific concerns, such as stress, injury recovery, flexibility, or strength.  Lessons are designed for students of all levels (beginners to advanced) & sessions will adapt as you progress to ensure that they are always enjoyable, relaxing & therapeutic.

Our classes use creative and age-appropriate techniques to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for children of all ages and abilities.   Classes provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment to learn and practice yoga. Through movement, mindfulness, and play, children can develop physical strength, flexibility, and balance.  Children will learn how to breathe deeply, relax their muscles, and focus their attention. Our classes provide a unique and enriching experience, boosts confidence and self-esteem, and improves emotional health and physical well-being.

Our yoga classes assist athletes & fitness enthusiasts recovering from & preventing injuries, as well as reducing soreness & improving flexibility & mobility. Our classes assist balance, coordination & focus as well as developing strength, resilience & stamina. Props such as foam rollers or yoga blocks may be used to help release tension & knots in the body.   Gentle stretching, deep breathing & relaxation techniques aid muscle recovery, reduce inflammation & improve overall performance & self-preservation.

Our senior yoga classes are designed specifically to meet the needs of older adults. We offer a variety of classes, including gentle yoga, chair

yoga & restorative yoga. Slower movements,

simpler poses & modifications are used in classes

to make the practice accessible to everyone.

Our classes are designed to assist seniors in increasing flexibility, protecting joints, building strength & balance, improving sleep & enhancing health & well-being.

Beginner’s yoga classes are perfect for people new to yoga, have limited experience or returning to their practice after a break. We provide a supportive & nurturing place to explore the foundations of yoga, breathing techniques & mindfulness practices. Our classes help to build strength, flexibility, balance, proper alignment as well as modifications for different abilities.  Our classes help reduce stress, improve focus & cultivate a sense of inner peace & well-being.

therapeutic yoga

Our therapeutic yoga sessions are designed to promote relaxation & healing.  Using gentle movements, breathing exercises, &  meditation techniques that relieves tension & stress from the body &  calms the mind. The classes provide a nurturing & restorative experience that utilises various props, including blankets, pillows, and bolsters, to facilitate a peaceful state. The postures are held for extended periods to ensure complete relaxation & restore balance & harmony in both body & mind. After attending our classes, you'll feel rejuvenated, refreshed, & prepared to tackle the fast-paced demands of modern life.

Workplace yoga classes can help employees improve their posture, relieve tension & pain in their neck, shoulders, & back, increase focus & productivity & boost morale.  Gentle stretching & strengthening poses, breathing exercises & meditation are used in our classes, which can be done in a small space & without any special equipment. Our women's yoga classes are designed to address issues that women face.   A supportive & nurturing setting is provided for women to practise yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation & mindfulness techniques in order to improve their physical, mental & emotional well-being. Our classes include practices centred on women's health concerns such as menstrual discomfort, menopause symptoms, stress, anxiety & hormonal imbalances in order to achieve inner peace & happiness as well as optimal health.
